UNPRI and RS TK II Putri Hijau Establish Strategic Cooperation to Strengthen Education and Health Services
Expanding Clinical Training Environments and Producing Highly Competent Healthcare Professionals.
Medan, May 21, 2026 – Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RS TK II Putri Hijau at the UNPRI Meeting Room, Medan. This collaboration aims to strengthen synergy in education, health services, and human resource development through the integration of academic institutions and military hospitals.
The event was attended by the Head of RS TK II Putri Hijau, Colonel Ckm dr. Ridwan Dwi Saputro, Sp.B(K)Onk., and his staff. Representing UNPRI were Rector Prof. Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting, M.Kes., Vice Rector I Dr. Abdi Dharma, Vice Rector II Prof. Dr. Ermi Girsang, Vice Rector III Refi Ikhtiari, Ph.D., along with deans and institutional leaders within UNPRI.
UNPRI Rector, Prof. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting, emphasized that this cooperation plays a crucial role in supporting the quality improvement of education and health human resources. This partnership is expected to expand practical learning opportunities for students, ensuring they are ready for the healthcare industry. As an excellently accredited university, UNPRI continues to innovate by aligning its curriculum with the realities of public health services.
The Head of RS TK II Putri Hijau welcomed the partnership, hoping the hospital becomes an integral part of the academic community (civitas academika). He stated that the hospital is highly open to UNPRI’s students for clinical education and competency development. This initiative is in line with UNPRI's vision of facilitating student talent to become competent and high-quality healthcare professionals.
