PENGARUH DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN PENILAIAN KINERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI DI UNIVERSITAS AL WASHLIYAH LABUHANBATU

Work performance is a major factor that is required of each organization. Organization support and assessment of the performance of a role in the achievement of civil work at the University of Al-Wasliyah Labuhanbatu. Formulation of the problem in this study were 1) The extent of the influence of organizational support and performance assessment of work performance of employees in the University of Al-Wasliyah Labuhanbatu. 2) What factors are affecting the employee performance evaluation at the University of Al-Wasliyah Labuhanbatu. Theory applied are Human resources management theory, which linked with performance,organizational support theory, performance appraisal theory, and work performance theory. This research was conducted at the University of Al-Wasliyah Labuhanbatu Rantau Prapat. The nature of quantitative descriptive research with census method, where the entire population of 46 sampled in the study. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collected through a questionnaire with Likert scale of measurement units. Hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results of study for the first hypothesis suggests that organizational support and performance assessment and partially simultaneous significant effect on work performance, and organizational support is the factor most affecting work performance, while research on the second hypothesis showed the work, conduct and competence attributes simultaneously and partial significant affect on performance assessment. Partially, the most dominant was the work performance.
