SUBMISSION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION CERTIFICATE FOR ADVOCATE PROFESSION
Cooperation between Faculty of Law Unpri and DPN PERADI
PKPA Wave I which was held in collaboration between DPN PERADI and FH UNPRI supported by Yayasan Bina Justisia was successfully implemented on March 8, 2013 until April 6, 2013. The PKPA was successfully implemented because it was supported by lecturers from practitioners and academics who were experienced in their respective fields such as Hasanuddin Nasution, S.H. (Advocate - Secretary General of PERADI), Dr. H. Fauzie Yusuf Hasibuan, S.H., M.Hum. (Advocate - Chairman of KP2AI PERADI), H. Syamsul Bahri Barot, S.H., M.H. (High Judge), Tripeni Isiranto Putro, S.H., M.Si (Head of Medan State Administrative Court), Drs. H. Mohammad Noor Huldrien, S.H., M.H. (Head of Medan Religious Court), Subiharta, S.H., M.Hum. (Judge of Medan Commercial Court), Dr. Mahmud Mulyadi, S.H., M.Hum., Dr. Mahmul Siregar, S.H., M.H., Dr. T. Keizerina Devi, S.H., M.H., CN (Academic).
Participants who have attended PKPA with an attendance rate above 80% are entitled to receive a PKPA Education Certificate. The handover of PKPA certificates began on May 14, 2013, symbolically handed over by the Dean of FH UNPRI (Tommy Leonard, S.H., M.Kn.) to one of the PKPA participants, namely Suidia, S.H. at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Prima Indonesia. On that occasion, the Dean of FH UNPRI stated that the PKPA Certificate can be obtained at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Prima Indonesia, Jalan Sekip Simpang Sikambing at 09.00 – 17.00 WIB.
The high interest of the community to participate in PKPA was responded by opening wave II which will be held in early June 2013. For information on the implementation of Wave II, please contact Rahmayanti, S.H., M.H.
