PENGARUH KETERLIBATAN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN SEMANGAT KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN GURU MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH UNGGUL TERPADU (MIUT) THAWALIB PADANG PANJANG

This research try to analize causality of work involvement, work environment and work enthusiasm to the teacher’s work satisfaction in MIUT own state . Taking the sample of 30 teacher’s that fill the research questioner , this research analyzed by multiple linear regression wquation using SPSS software version 17. The result of statistic account analyzis mention that three independent variables simultaneotisly effected to the teacher’s work satisfaction. Partially, the work involtvement effected to the work satisfaction are 0.591, work environment effected significant to the work satisfaction are 0.394and work enthusiasm have the biggest effect to the teacher’s work satisfaction 0.027 point.
