This research is the answers to the problems of lease agreement contained protection that can be given to both parties, including providing equal legal protection to the parties that make a lease agreement. A number of Articles in the Civil Code contains provisions that directly provide equal protection. Granting legal protection to the lessor and the lessee are as subject of the agreement, and coupled with a clause that can provide legal certainty for each of the parties and events that are likely to occur during the lease runs. Then responsiblity is tailored to their agreement if both sides or only tenant who should be responsible for the damage, as well as the rights and obligations constitute an act of reciprocal in terms of the emergence of the dispute.
