Analisis Tingkat Disiplin dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat dan Karyawan Administrasi pada Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut Royal Prima

Royal prima Hospital Medan is a company engaged in life insurance. Employee performance is not good which can be viewed from of the target that has not been achieved by the employee; employee discipline, they had a low level of persistence, of employees decreases, employees often came late to work, and poor SPAJ writing, as well as the low competence of the employees and unable to explain the benefits of insurance and even employee knowledge about the product is still not enough. The theories used in this research are those of Human Resource Management, which deals with Discipline, Competency and Performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of discipline and competence on employee working performance at marketing division at Royal Prima HospitalMedan. The research used quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive research type and nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. Data collection was performed through questionnaires, interviews and documentation study. The method of analysis used in the research was multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were employees of Royal Prima Hospitalfield totaling 98 people. The samples of this study were 75 employees drawn by saturated sampling technique in the marketing division of the research samples and 30 employees of the marketing division of Royal Prima HospitalBranch Multatuli were used to test the validity and reliability. The result of the research showed that the hypothesis of discipline and competence simultaneously or partially had a significant effect on the performance of the employee, where discipline and competence affect employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 28.3%. The conclusion of this research stated that simultaneously and partially, disciplines and competencies had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the marketing division of Royal Prima HospitalMedan.
