This article discusses about the legal systems differences among of ASEAN countries could be threaten to The ASEAN Economic Community. ASEAN Economic Community has opened trade and investments well as opening the threat of corruption. Combating corruption using MLA ASEAN Treaty only on depends political state members and it can stopped because of domestic law. Thus, harmonization of legal systems ASEAN member to combat corruption must be done to support The ASEAN Economic Community Implementation.
