Nowday economy condition especially in world of banking in is having a crises wich one of the factor is a lot of stucked credit as a caution of bad managing credit, because of that, examining sytem to the credit given becomes a very important thingmore over if it can be added of intern examining. The goal of the intern examining is to know, how’s the bank condition is it healty, healty enaogh, less healty or un healty based on the govermenth rules trought Indonesian Banking constitution.
The problem of this research are how are the influence of intern examining to the control efektivity of credit given at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk. at the regional office I medan.
The objective of this research is to evaluate the influence of intern examining on control activity of credit given by PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero)Tbk. at the regional office I Medan and whitch factor the is most dominan. Theory was used in this research is Services Marketing Management which related to Intern Examining ang Controlling Ctredit Given. The Method is used is this research is quantitative description, where the variable that is examining by the rating scale, the technic of collecting data whit questioners, interviews and documentation study. While, the analysis method that is used in this research in Multiple Linear Regression. Sample in this research is 56 responden. The character of this research is explanatory which supported by the survey method. Overall this research conclution is that intern examining has influence to controlle efectivity credit given whit level significant 5% had point0,552 it means 55,2% intern examining to the controlling to the controlling efectivity credit given while another 44,8% was influence by other factor that not observed. The factor which dominantly influence the intern examining is equipment file and documents.
