MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN KERJA MELALUI PENGEMBANGAN KARIR DAN MENGANTISIPASI KONFLIK PERAN GANDA (WORK FAMILY CONFLICT) DALAM PERSPEKTIF PSIKOLOGI

Human resources is the most important thing in a company's organization or civil office. Corporation or company is not only concern about and focus on production output or many kinds of products as a company profit, but also pay attention to employees. Corporation thinks that employee as the main resource is special and key source of company real profit. According to employee's view, job satisfaction is a necessary thing for developing and encouraging employee's productivity. This article is written based on literature research and investigation by seeking theories and information from text books, e-book, thesis, and journals. This article recommends a specific concept of a job satisfactions viewed from career development and work family conflict. Concept written in this article also recommends two efforts in creating job satisfaction. First effort is to develop a perception of career development, and then technically make employee's own career to be real. Second effort is to anticipate, avoid, and minimize about work family conflict.
