PERANAN KUALITAS PRODUK DAN HARGA DALAM MENDORONG MINAT BELI KONSUMEN LAPTOP MEREK ACER DI KOTA MEDAN

This study aims to examine and analyze the role of product quality and price in encouraging consumers to buy ACER laptop in Medan. Laptop is one product that is often used by urban communities, especially among students and academics. Every consumer in buying a laptop have a variety of different considerations. The population in this study are all people of Medan City who buy and use a laptop ACER. The sampling technique used is to purposive sampling . Data collection techniques in this study using interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. Data analysis method used in this research is to use a multiple linear regression analysis. Results of this study that the quality of the products has a role in encouraging consumers to buy the Acer brand laptop in Medan. Price does not have a role in encouraging consumers to buy the Acer brand laptop in Medan. Respondents do not consider the prices in consumer buying interest.
