This research aims for some things. Those aims are as follow to describe and explain the diction, sentence style, the style of discourse, imagery, figurative language, and relevance to learning the Indonesian literature in college. This research data are sourced from the anthology of short stories Sampan Zulaiha, interviews field notes, and syllabus. The pick out technique uses sampling purposive technique. Analysis data technique uses interactive technique. From this research can be know that, frist, diction are connotative words, concrete words, loanwords, name of own and specific calling, and regional languages. The amount of data diction is 344 data. The language of the author’s diction are expressive, impressive, aesthetic, and regional. Second, sentences style are the syle of climax sentence, anticlimax, repetition, paralelism, and antithesis. The amount of data sentence style is 50 data. The language of the author’s sentence style are expressive and aesthetic. Thrid, discourse style is climax, anticlimax, repetition, and mixing and changing discourse. The amount of data discourse style is 35 data. The language of the author’s discourse style are expressive, impressive, aesthetic, and regional. Fourth, figurative language are metaphor, personification, simile, sinekdok totem proparte and pars pototo, sarcasm, cynicism, hyperbole, linking, asidenton, and polysidenton. The amount of data figurative language is 281 data. The language of the author’s figurative language are expressive, impressive, and aesthetic. Fifth, imagery are sight imagery, hearing imagery, smelling imagery, feeling imagery, tasting imagery, and motion imagery. The amount of data imagery is 190 data. The language of the author’s imagery are expressive and impressive. Sixth, stylistic aspects of anthology short stories by Hasan Al-Banna has relevance to the learning Indonesia literature in college.
