Foster child is the subject of law that must be protected. Parents who have adopted children of different nationality to the adopted child are obliged to register his adopted son.The goal is to provide legal protection so as to obtain the position in law.So that the rights of Child Adoption can be protected, one gets the inheritance rights of adoptive parents.Parents in this case the foreigners (foreign citizens) with foreigners or citizen (Indonesian citizen) with citizen and also foreigners (foreign citizens) with the citizen (Indonesian citizen).The division of inheritance in the applicable law in Indonesia using the rules of the Civil Code, Religion and Tradition in Indonesia. Adoption is a legal act which gave the position to a child other people the same as a legitimate child.
