Occupies a significant financing problems Guaranting bank gives assurance to the activity of a contractor agreement procurement of goods and services. This study used a normative juridical research method. From research conducted a bank guarantee for procurement of goods and services used the principles of prudence and balance of the clause - clause agreements from bank guarantee in the form of contract standard in terms to have a balance in the agreement of guarantee bank is, the effort of protection only in the form of preventive measures through Consumer Law, which is reinforced by the Financial Services Authority Regulation and the Bank Indonesia Regulation.
