PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Suka Fajar Ltd. Cabang Medan)

The problem in this research are: 1) Is the work environment affect the jobsatisfaction of employees at PT. Like Dawn Ltd. Medan branch? 2) Is the compensation effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Like Dawn Ltd. Medan branch? 3) Is the work environment and compensation effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Like Dawn Ltd. Medan branch. Based on the results of the study found 1) the working environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Like Dawn Ltd. Medan branch, as evidenced by the significant value of 0.001 which is smaller than the specified error rate is 0.05 (sig. <Α0,05), meaning that the first hypothesis can be accepted. 2) Compensation significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Like Dawn Ltd. Branch Medan, proven significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the specified error rate is 0.05 (sig. <Α0,05), meaning that the second hypothesis is proven. 3) The working environment and compensation jointly significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Like Dawn Ltd. Medan branch, is evident from the significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than the specified error rate is 0.05 (sig. <Α0,05), so that the third hypothesis can be accepted.
