HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, MORIL KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. BANK SUMUT CABANG UTAMA MEDAN

This study aims to know the relationship between organizational commitment, work morale and work motivation on performance in PT. North Sumatra Bank Main Branch Medan. In line with the existing foundation of the theory, put forward hypotheses: 1) There was a significant positive relationship between organizational commitment, work morale, and motivation to work with employee performance. 2) There was a significant positive relationship between organizational commitment to employee performance. 3) There was a significant positive relationship between work morale with employee performance. 4) There was a significant positive relationship between motivation to work with employee performance.
This study used a sample of 43 people to try out and 60 people for research. Sampling was conducted in a manner incidental samples, the sampling point under conditions of employees in the field and have been determined by PT. North Sumatra Bank.
To prove the above hypothesis, we used the method of Three Predictor Analysis. Based on data analysis: 1) There is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Commitment, Job Morale and motivation to work performance. This is indicated by the coefficient Freg = 2.095 where p <0.050. 2). The contribution of organizational commitment variables contributed 27% of job performance. Meanwhile, work morale variables affect or have the role job performance by 24.5%. And motivation to contribute to the work performance of 32,2%. The total effective contribution of these three independent variables (organizational commitment, work morale and work motivation) on the performance of the work amounted to 83.7%.
In general, these results illustrate that the subject of this research has a very high organizational commitment, work morale is very high, has a very high work motivation and job performance are classified as very high as well.
Based on the research, it is advisable for employees to improve and maintain performance at work. For the company, as input in decision making related to policies in the conduct of selecting, training and employee development. Besides, as information material in determining the increase in employee performance appraisal.
