Pulmonary Tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by micobacterium tuberculosi. In Indonesia in 2009 prevalence rate of 66.4%, the 2008 prevalence rate of 68.5% and in 2010 the prevalence rate of 68.86%.

To determine the clinical manifestation and management research in Pirngadi Hospital has been doing research with a descriptive case study design and statistical analysis to process with sample in need right 100 medical records of patients of pulmonary tuberculosis.

The results showed the distribution by the most sociodemographic: Age 20-27 years and 28-35 years by 17%, men 66.0%; the most patients work are self employed 44.0%, 68.0 shortness of breath; types of patients is a new case of 57.0%; physical examination moist rates 66.0%, 71.0% smear investigations and radiology 92.0%. Category I treatment 56.0%, 47.0%, and type of complications by pleural effusion 24.0%; circumstances while returning 50.0% outpatient and case fatality rate of 13%, 29.0% DM comorbidities. There is no significant difference in the average treatment time is based on the presence or absence of complications. t = 1.143, p = 0.256; 11 days or 9 days.
