Pengaruh daya tanggap dan kehandalan terhadap kepuasan pasien umum rawat jalan di RSU Royal Prima Medan

Data on general outpatient visits of Royal Prima Medan General Hospital in February - August 2018 shows that there is a decrease in the number of outpatient general patient visits. The decrease in the number of patient visits was influenced by various factors, one of which was the quality of health services which resulted in patient dissatisfaction with hospital services. This study aims to analyze the effect of responsiveness and reliability on general outpatient satisfaction at RSU Royal Prima Medan with quantitative research types and cross-sectional approaches and the number of respondents as many as 89 people using accidental sampling techniques. Data analysis using multiple linear regression test. The results showed there was a significant influence between the quality of service by 97.2% patient satisfaction with a significance of 0,000 (p <0.05). There is a positive and significant influence between the reliability variable with a significant value of 0.0028 on general outpatient satisfaction at RSU Royal Prima Medan.
