Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada PT Prima Karya Nusa

Less jb satisfaction is still being experienced by employees of PT. Prima Karya Nusa. It can be seen from the decrease of working performance of employees, less disciplined, and employee turnover in lage numbers. Instruments of data collection were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The method of analysis used is multiple regressions. Populations were all employees of PT. Prima Karya Nusa totaling 63 employees. The sample technique used in this study was saturation sampling technique. The results showed that leadership style and compensation simultaneously and partially have significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Prima Karya Nusa.
