The theories used in this study are those of Human Resource Management which is related to career development, communication and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of career development and communication on job satisfaction of employees at. The study uses a quantitative approach while the type of research is descriptive quantitative, and the nature of this research is explanatory research is descriptive quantitative, and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The research data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and study documentation. This study used multiple regression analysis. The study populations were all employees of totaling 72 employees. The samples in this study were taken by using a saturated sampling technique. The results showed that the factors - factors that affect job satisfication include career development which had positive value and communications factors had a positive impact on employee job satisfaction. From the analysis of the factors-factors that affect job satisfaction, it is known that from the two analysed variables, the most dominant influence is variable Employee. Job satisfaction career development. This is evidenced by the results of the calculation of t-count on each variable, where t-count on career development (2,756) is greater than the value of t on cariable of Communication (2.464).
